Your raw data is always yours. Every tier can export the complete, unformatted record at any time, at no cost. That is not a discount, it is your right to your own data under UK GDPR.
Common questions
- What happens if I reach a log limit?
- Nothing is lost. Everything you have already recorded stays exactly as it is. You can buy 10 more logs for £1, wait for the month to reset, or move up a plan. A top-up covers one child and lasts until the end of that calendar month; it does not roll over.
- What counts as using a Prep Pack?
- Downloading it. Rebuilding a pack you have already made this month, for the same child, costs nothing and always picks up anything you have logged since.
- I made a Prep Pack and the appointment moved. Do I need another?
- No. Once you have made a Prep Pack of a particular kind for a child, you can rebuild and download that same kind for that child as often as you like in the same month, at no cost. Keep logging right up to the door.
- Can I buy more Prep Packs?
- Yes, £3 each, on Free or Plus. They last until the end of that calendar month and do not roll over. Premium has no limit, so there is nothing to buy.
- Can I cancel a subscription?
- Yes, at any time. Your plan runs until the end of the period you have paid for, and your records stay with you on the free plan afterwards.
- Does an Evidence Pack cost extra on Plus?
- Yes, £20, the same price as on Free. Moving up a plan does not make a Pack cheaper. It gives you more room to log, and on Premium, packs included free.
- What if I cancel just the extra-child add-on?
- Nothing is lost. Everything already recorded for that child stays fully intact, and you can export or delete it at any time. What stops is new entries: no new logs, document uploads or Quick Briefs for that child, until you add them back. An Evidence Pack can still be bought and downloaded for that child from what is already there.
- Which packs do Premium's two free ones cover?
- Any of them. Two Evidence Packs per child, per year, and you choose which. If your family is heading for a tribunal you can spend both there; if you are waiting on an assessment, spend them there instead.
- When do the two free Evidence Packs reset?
- On your own anniversary: the date your Premium started or last renewed, not a shared date in the calendar. Each child gets two a year. Your current count and the next refresh date are shown on the Evidence Pack screen.
- Can I subscribe to Premium just to get a free Evidence Pack?
- On the monthly plan, no. The two free packs a year unlock after 60 days of continuous subscription. On the annual plan they are available straight away, since that is paid in full upfront. Before your gate clears, a pack is £20, the same as on every other plan.
